Coolers were good...

Confusing. Emailed from 2 different people. One said is this what you are looking for, the other the next day said this is your proof?? Both different but I like both and approved the proof. In the end, coolers were nice, but communication and process needs improving. Didnt give the coolers out for Xmas presents as they were not what I thought. Just make sure you are very clear with what you want if you are dealing with different people!
